Led a senior executive cross functional team to deliver the implementation of the Whole of Government Office Accommodation Policy across NSW State Government’s office accommodation portfolio (c.1,000,000m2; 680 buildings;
$450m rent pa; 100+ government agencies). Gained Government approval for first round of pre-commitment accommodation hubs in Sydney CBD (22,000sqm) and Parramatta (44,000sqm) which were delivered in 2020 and 2022 respectively. Also gained approval for three regional accommodation strategies and two further CBD/Metro hubs.
Delivery of Expenditure Review Committee submissions to demonstrate whole of government cost savings generated from applying the principles of the whole of Government Office Accommodation Policy on site specific bases.
Submissions comprise detailed strategies, business cases and evidence of stakeholder commitment.
Chair of the Harrington Street Project Control Group on behalf of Deputy Secretary, Property & Advisory Group. $16m base build and ABW fit-out project, 5800sqm across 5 floors.
Relocation of more than 600 staff from 4 buildings to one location.
Crafting and creation of 18 role descriptions for newly created positions with the Asset Management & Leasing division (Property) of Property & Development NSW.
The project included the review of department deliverables, role delineation, confirmation of accountabilities, identifying focus capabilities, content writing, role grading and review.
Business case creation and procurement strategy, TAFE NSW. TAFE NSW required the development of a Business Case and Procurement Strategy to address the potential for extra rental income from complementary or secondary uses of TAFE NSW Campuses.
