Hugh is a successful senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in the industries of property, resources and finance. Hugh expertise includes Development and Project Management, Commercial and Financial Management. His career includes consulting to Property NSW as Director Major Projects (2015-2017) where Hugh was responsible for the strategic direction, planning, concept development and business case for multi-agency projects. During 6 years with Parsons Brinckerhoff (Now WSP) as General Manager Asset Development within the Global Mining Business, he delivered both residential housing and on-mine site camp accommodation for Rio Tinto in the Pilbara region. He also provided development advisory for Roy Hill and Glencore for the design, delivery and business case development for non-process infrastructure, such

as residential and mine site accommodation. Prior to joining WSP, Hugh was an Associate Director of Real Estate Structured Finance with Macquarie Bank, with a focus on joint ventures for the development of property and infrastructure projects.
