Clive Brown has worked across strategic talent acquisitions since 1996. He ensures Stanton Edge has access to the best people at the right time and supports day-to-day management of the network. He has significant experience creating teams and delivering solutions across government, not-for-profit and corporate real estate.

In addition to managing our network, Clive also provides HR consulting services to Stanton Edge clients including organisational design, leadership development and M&A analysis.

Clive trained as an accountant before starting his career in talent; he holds a BA Hons from the University of Nottingham.
